Study Abroad at Eastern Mediterranean University

It was established in 1979 under the leadership of Onay Fadıl . In 1986, it was converted to a state university. The campus is located within the city of Famagusta (Northern Cyprus).

EMU offers a wide range of undergraduate programmes , as well Master's and Doctoral programs. The Eastern Mediterranean University Institute of Graduate Studies and Research currently runs 13 Doctoral level, 20 Master's level graduate programs with a thesis requirement, and 5 Master's level graduate programs with a non-thesis requirement .The university gives scholarships to successful athletes.

Tuition Scholarships

All international students earn a 50% tuition scholarship upon admission to EMU. The university offers an opportunity to earn a 75% or even 100% scholarship!

EMU is involved in recruiting knowledge-driven, proactive and active young people with talent. In compliance with the criteria of the institution, our organization will assist you with the preparing of all admission papers and help you to secure a scholarship for tuition.

Undergraduate degrees (fee per academic year):

Medicine - $ 20.161,00
Dentistry - $ 18.250,00
Pharmacy - $ 8.086,00

All Other Undergraduate degrees (fee per academic year): $4.484,50

Students live on the university campus in spacious, convenient residences fitted with basic necessities, and the best conditions for learning, self-study and student relaxation have been created. Based on the student's personal preference, two forms of accommodation are provided:

Studio rooms (for 1, 2 or 4 persons) with shared or separate bathrooms;
Apartment style of residence (two or three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, balcony).
